    All custom ASMR videos are made specifically for each individual based on their request.
    Because of the personalized nature of this content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

    ⏳ Turnaround Time
    Custom videos are typically completed within 3–5 days.
    Please allow additional time during high request periods.
    If you need your order sooner, you may request a rush order (additional fee may apply).

    🔒 Payments
    All payments are securely processed through PayPal.
